Creating Organizations

  1. Navigate to Admin > Organizations
  2. Click Create Organization
  3. Configure settings
  4. Invite initial users

Team Management

Creating Teams

  1. Go to Organization > Teams
  2. Click Create Team
  3. Set team name and description
  4. Add team members

Team Roles

  • Team Admin - Manage team settings and members
  • Team Member - Standard team access
  • Team Guest - Limited, read-only access

User Management

Inviting Users

  1. Navigate to Settings > Users
  2. Click Invite User
  3. Enter email and select role
  4. Send invitation

User Lifecycle

  • Pending - Invitation sent
  • Active - User has accepted
  • Suspended - Temporarily disabled
  • Deactivated - Permanently removed

Data Isolation

  • Complete Separation - No data sharing between organizations
  • Encryption - Tenant-specific encryption keys
  • Network Isolation - Dedicated network segments (enterprise)

Best Practices

  1. Plan Structure Early - Design org/team hierarchy
  2. Use Teams - Don't put everyone in one team
  3. Regular Cleanup - Remove inactive users
  4. Document Policies - Clear guidelines for access
